22 Pupper Pawrents Share the Sweetest Things Their Dogs Do

With each passing year dogs are becoming more akin to our own children than the outdoor animals they used to be. And alongside the strollers, carriers and nappies that we have created for them, sits this collection of the sweet things these canine children do that melts their pawrents' hearts.

It is no big secret that the world has a baby problem. With each passing year us young hoomans are growing further from the need or want to bring more hooman children into this world and instead we are opting for the introduction of more doggo children. They are more fun, cost less and we face far less judgement by society surrounding the choices we make regarding raising them. Which when you look at the reasoning objectively like that makes a lot of sense. No one wants to have to handle the excessive weight of a hooman baby when they can have all the joys of pawrenthood without the pains of parenthood.

And this collection of sweet doggo moments is further proof that puppers do not just replace babies like for like, but can also out do babies at their own cuteness game. So if you needed even more convincing that doggos are the answer to your paternal and maternal needs, then look no further.

  • We have to say this is a pretty legendary doggo trait. Not one that we are privileged to come across all too often but one that totally blows our minds and melts our hearts each and every time we are lucky enough to come across it. It seems to represent a kind of kinship between us hoomans and our doggo companions. A recognition that while we are incredibly different in many ways, that there are some things that connect us. Now, all we need for Ollie to do is sit up and straight and we will turn into literal puddles.

  • Ok, this is pretty darn cute. It seems to be the things that doggos do that are most similar to what us hoomans do to make up the sweet things that their pawrents love about them. But that makes sense, we always look to see parallels of ourselves in our dog children. It is a common trait of pawrenthood after all. But we have to say that even with all that a squeak while yawning is absolutely darling, we would be actively listening out for such a sweet thing if we had such a darling doggo in our lives.
